Overview

Clearpath helps thousands of clients out of debt, but its website buried that promise under stock photography and jargon. Visitors bounced before understanding a single service.

I rebuilt the marketing site around three clear doors — debt resolution, lending solutions, credit monitoring — each leading to a guided, human onboarding flow.

The approach

Finance pages rank on trust signals: real numbers, real people, real steps. The new pages open with proof, explain each service in one screen, and end every section with a single action.

The onboarding flow asks one question per screen, shows progress honestly, and hands off to a human advisor exactly when the decision gets hard.

Process

  1. 1
    Research

Call-center listening sessions revealed the three questions every visitor arrives with.

  2. 2
    Messaging & IA

Three service doors, one shared onboarding spine — prototyped as clickable flows first.

  3. 3
    Design & test

Deep-navy system with high-trust proof bars; comprehension testing beat the old site clearly.
